Long the parking lot for the former Sears building, the site provided a unique development opportunity in Porter Square. The 20 unit project was phased over 2 years and resulted in a dense cluster of various sized (and sided) buildings with intensely landscaped grounds that create a bucolic pocket in a vibrant,
urban area.
