Fronting on a vibrant downtown Manhattan square, this usual 11 story Moorish style building was converted from a mix of storage and other commercial uses to 18 residential lofts and ground floor retail.  Extant original interior and exterior features were preserved and restored, including marble mosaic flooring, plaster moldings, and the intricately carved balconies, window surrounds and rooftop tower.
