This project restored period detail to the
interior of a Greek Revival row house which had been entirely
gutted in 1978 when the building was converted from single family
to four family usage. Alhough the exterior of the building
was untouched, the interior had been stripped of all original detailing,
resulting in a glaring inconsistency between the solidly dignified
granite and brick exterior and the late seventies interior. The
project re-unified interior with exterior while retaining the four
family configuration.
