This derelict six family was well located adjacent to a City park and ball field, giving it a feeling of open sky in the heart of Cambridge. Elderly tenants were relocated to a new, City owned assisted living facility in the neighborhood. The building was renovated into a mix of unit types, including some duplexes, which break up the tedium of the former shotgun apartments.
