Turnstone offers debt and asset management services for individual assets and portfolios, including loan portfolios and REO.  Our lean structure allows us to provide cost effective services including:

• Asset and portfolio valuations, including recovery targets
• Restructuring of debt and equity
• Workouts and exit strategies
• REO and note sales
• Stress testing for currently performing loans

Our team offers independent, objective analysis.  We serve creditor or borrower, and institutional lenders as well as private equity and hedge funds.

Recent work includes an assignment with Gibraltar Private Bank in Miami, FL, evaluating commercial real estate loans and handling workouts, and with a major San Francisco-based bank handling workouts of non-performing commercial real estate loans.
