Dierdre Savage has over twenty years experience in real
estate including design, development, construction, property
management, real estate investment banking and investment
sales. Her familiarity with the entitlement process and ability
to recognize investment opportunities allows her to offer
directed services to qualified investor clients and joint
venture partners.
Previously, Dierdre developed over 200 affordable and market
rate residential units in Boston and Cambridge, MA.
Dierdre's background includes four years at Shawmut Bank
in their Real Estate Investment Banking Group. There she
was responsible for a regional loan portfolio of non-performing
assets, including many with environmental challenges. She
completed the sale of a $350 million loan portfolio and managed
a loan product for institutional investors to facilitate
their acquisition of commercial real estate nationally.
Dierdre graduated from the University
of Delaware with a B.A. in Art History and received an M.A.
in Architectural Preservation from Boston University. Dierdre
serves on the boards of The Perfect Storm Foundation and Family
Health Productions, and serves as a member of the City of Gloucester
Historic District Commission. |
