In this contemporary interpretation of a Boston rowhouse streetscape, Turnstone created stacked walk-up duplexes with multiple shared entrances.  The project is located on a corner site at the interface of a residential and industrial district, within a block of public transportation.  All units include private outdoor space and interconnecting terraces. The project incorporates infrastructure for solar photovoltaics, and is Energy Star certified.
